Orange-Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges and juice
  • 1 large cool whip
  • 1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding dry

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine cake mix, oil, juice and mandarin oranges. Add eggs one at a time until mixed.

Bake 35 minutes in two 8 inch layer pans


Frosting:

Mix together cool whip, drained crushed pineapple and dry pudding.

Spoon juice of pineapple over layers, then frost.
