Green onions (chopped)
Cube seasoning (made in Nigeria cube seasoning)
Oil (for frying)
1) Peel and wash the potatoes. 2) Boil the potatoes, but do not let them be cooked all through. Then drain the water from the pot and mash the potates (do not mash the potates thoroughly). 3) Add the chopped onions, chopped green onions, black pepper, salt and cube seasoning, while mashing to mix in completely. 4) With a spoon, scope the mashed potatoes and form into small round shapes (tater-tots). Then coat with the bread crumbs. 5) Heat up a pan with oil. When the oil is hot enough, put the tater-tots in the hot oil and let it brown and cook well. 6) Then serve with your favourite dip sauce or with ketchup.
