Ingredients
- 1 Large soup bone
- 1 small roast cut up into small bite size pieces
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
- 1 large can v-8
- 2 large onions
- 2 cup potatoes chunks
- 2 cupscarrots
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups green beans I use fresh
- 2 cans corn
- 1 can peas
- (can also use cans of mixed veggies) I prefer fresh if possible
- veggies are too taste how many depends on how thick. I like soup your spoon stands up in
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- basel
- use spices you like almost any can be used.
- 1 cup barley
- two handful rice I use wild rice
Preparation
Step 1
Boil soup bone until meat falls off. I use large soup kettle, take soup bone out and discard. Add meat onion and veggies and seasoning. Bring back to boil and then simmer until veggies are done. for thicker soup add more barely
