  • 8 c. riced potatoes
  • 1/2 c, cream
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Rice or mash hot boiled potatoes. Add all other ingredients except flour. Cool several hours or overnight in fridge. Add flour to cooled potato mixture. Form lefse dough into golf ball size. Poll out thin. Cook on hot, dry lefse griddle or non stick pan, cooking each side.
