Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup = divided
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 C dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten, or 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 C slicded mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in large bowl, 1/4 C soup, beef, bread crumbs
onion and egg. Shape firmly nto 6 patties.

Spray 10" skillet with cooking spray. brown patties, remove heat and
set aside. Drain fat.

In same pan stir in remaining soup, mushrooms; return patties to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 20 minutes or till patties are no longer pink,
turning patties occasionally.


MAY SUBSTITUTE 1 lb ground turkey for beef and increase bread crumbs to 12 C.
