  • Chicken Soup – Hungry Girl WW recipe
  • 1 1/2 lbs raw boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
  • 2 14.5 fat free chicken broth
  • 1 15 oz can white bean (cannellini) drained & rinsed
  • 1 14.5 can stewed tomatoes drained
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 1 small onion finely diced & sauted
  • 2 c. bagged cole slaw
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground thyme

Preparation

Step 1

1 bay leaf – Place in crockpot 3 – 4 hours on low about 7 hours
Shred each piece of chicken and put back in crockpot
