Ingredients
- Chicken Soup – Hungry Girl WW recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs raw boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
- 2 14.5 fat free chicken broth
- 1 15 oz can white bean (cannellini) drained & rinsed
- 1 14.5 can stewed tomatoes drained
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 small onion finely diced & sauted
- 2 c. bagged cole slaw
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme
Preparation
Step 1
1 bay leaf – Place in crockpot 3 – 4 hours on low about 7 hours
Shred each piece of chicken and put back in crockpot
