Ingredients
- 1 serrano pepper jalapeno can also be used
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 large handful fresh cilantro leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place the garlic,serrano pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil into a blender or food processor and process until chunky. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pour into a round bowl and serve with chips, on rice, or in sandwiches or burritos.
