Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken
- 1 onion, wedged
- 1 1/2 c rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c water
- 2 T parsley
- 2 T dry sherry
- 1/4 c toasted, sliced almonds
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Stir rice, soup, water, parsley and sherry into a bowl, place in baking dish. Arrange chicken in baking dish, add onion. Cook 350, 1-1 1/4 hrs. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika atop, serve.
