Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lb chicken cut into 1/4 chunks
- 1 c. frozen, shelled soybeans
- 2 med. stalks of celery, chopped
- Boston lettuce leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, ginger and honey - set aside.
Cook chicken chunks in sesame oil for 3 minutes.
Add soybeans, cook 2 minutes
Add celery, cook 2 minutes
Add soy sauce mixtures - cook until chicken is cooked through.
