3-2-1 Cake

Small cake designed especially for diabetics

Ingredients

• 1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix
• 1 Box Cake Mix - any flavor
• 2 T water

Preparation

Step 1

In a zipper bag, combine the two cake mixes together and mix well, by shaking.

For individual cake serving, measure out 3 T of the cake mix combination and mix it well with 2 T of water in a small microwave-safe container.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.
