Ingredients
- peel 2 lbs bread crumbs
- 2 lbs sausage
- 2 cups chix broth
- 1/2-3/4 cups celery chopped
- 1/2-3/4 cups onion chopped
- poultry seasoning to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter

Preparation
Step 1
cook sausage
cook onion & celery in chix broth until soft
add butter
put 2 eggs on top of bread crumbs
mix sausage and chix broth, cel & onions over crumbs
stir
put in turkey
if you don't put in turkey add 2 cans of chix broth to stay moist
