- 1 C. steel cut oats or oatmeal
- 1 C. apple juice
- 3 C. water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 apples diced (Gala)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and cook on stove top.
bring to boil for 30 minutes
or
4-6 hours on med/low in a slow cooker
mixing once an hour
