Apple pie breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 C. steel cut oats or oatmeal
  • 1 C. apple juice
  • 3 C. water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 apples diced (Gala)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and cook on stove top.
bring to boil for 30 minutes
or
4-6 hours on med/low in a slow cooker
mixing once an hour
