Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. diced chicken (cooked)
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 . chopped celery
- 2 or 3 boiled eggs (sliced)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 t. onion (grated or minced)
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 2 c. crushed potato chips

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the above ingredients in a casserole dish (9x9x2 in) with exception of the sliced almonds. Mix together well. Top with crushed potato chips and sliced almonds.
Bake at 375 degrees for approx 35 min.
Cool for few minutes before serving.
