- 1 qt milk
- 1 t VX
- 7.5 oz sugar
- 10 egg yolks
- 2.5 oz corn starch
- 2 oz butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. heat milk and 1/2 of sugar to boil
2. mix sugar, cs, ey
3. temper 1. into 2.
4. boil 3 minutes while whisking!
5. remove from heat, add butter, add VX
6. pour into clean bowl over ice bath.
7. wrap with plastic wrap directly on surface
