Ingredients
- 3 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
- 1 MEDUIM ONION CHOPPED
- 1 MEDUIM RED BELL PEPPER, THINLY SLICED
- 1 POUND KIELBASA CUT INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES
- 12 OUNCES SAUERKRAUT RINSED AND WELL DRAINED
- 2 TBSP DIJO MUSTARD
- 1 TSP. CARAWAY SEEDS
- PINCH CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1/4 C. DRY WHITE WINE
- 2 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
- 12 OUNCES COOKED PASTA

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT OLIVE OIL OVER MEDUIM HEAT IN LARGE SKILLET. ADD ONION AND BELL PEPPER AND SAUTE' FOR 7 MINUTES OR TILL TENDER. ADD SAUSAGE AND SAUTE' UNTIL BEGINNING TO BROWN ABOUT 8 MINUTES. MIX IN SAUUERKRAUT, DIJON, CARAWAY SEEDS, AND CAYENNE. SAUTE' TILL HEATED THROUGH. STIR IN WINE AND PARSELY COOK 2 MINUTES LONGER. ADD COOKED PASTA TO SAUAGE MIXTURE TOSS TO COAT. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
