SAVANNAH DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 9 OZ. packages Stouffer's cream spinach (frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • Asiago cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach. Chop artichoke hearts into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Bake in a 9" x 9" casserole dish at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool for just a few minutes, but it is best when served hot.

You can dice a tomato or grate the asiago cheese to use as toppings before serving.
