Ingredients

  • 6 1 oz. pieces of semi sweet choc, chopped (or use 6 oz of semisweet chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cups heavy (whipping) cream
  • 2 Tb butter unsalted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chocolate & vanilla in sm bowl. Heat cream & butter (you can do it stovetop but I prefer the microwave about 40 sec) add hot cream/ butter to chocolate & vanilla mix until melted, smooth & glossy, about 4 min. Cover bowl & let sit 3 hours or until spreadable or dunkable.
