Christmas Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 # (2 sticks ) butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 C sugar
  • 1 1/2 jars (7 oz) Marshmallow Cream
  • 1 1/2 (12 oz) semi-sweet Nestle chips
  • 2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Place marshmallow, chips & vanilla in large heat resistant bowl. Set aside.

In large pot (3 qt) bring to full boil: butter, milk, & sugar. After it is boiling continue to cook & stir for 8 minutes.

Pour over chips & marshmallow. Stir till well mixed & smooth.

Spread onto a greased jelly pan.

Cool & place in frige.

After completely cool, cut into squares. Put in airtight container w/ waxpaper between layers.
