Italian Sausage and Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
  • 2 - 15 1/2 oz. cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 - 16 oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
  • 1 - 24 oz. jar garlic and herb spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage in a Dutch oven until no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans, coleslaw mix, spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until flavors are blended.
