Ingredients

  • 1 lb red snapper fillets, skinless
  • 1 sm tomato
  • 1/2 c onion
  • 1/2 c pepper
  • 10-12 shrimp
  • 1/2 c mushrooms
  • 1/4 c dry white wine
  • 3 T chili sauce
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T capers
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 t thyme
  • hot sauce
  • 1/8 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Peel, seed and chop tomato and set aside. Prepare shrimp, add to pan. Stir in tomato, mushrooms, wine, chili sauce, lemon juice, capers, parsley, thyme, hot sauce and salt. Cook a few minutes til all mixed. Place fish in pan, spoon sauce over fish saving some for serving, bake 350, 10-15 min til fish is flaky. Serve, with rice.
