Ingredients
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup shredded or sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup red or green bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 cups flaked tuna (canned or from salad bar)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked small pasta shells
