Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 C flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Step 1
Grease tube pan. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla in a large mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 min. Mix in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. add sour cream.
Spread 1/3 batter in pan and sprinkle with 1/3 filling. Use remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the filling on top.
Bake about 45 min. or when wooden pick comes out clean from the center
