Cilantro Roasted Jalapeno Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 jalapeno roasted, seeded
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 bunch cilantro
• 1/2 cup onions, rough chop
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
• 1 tbl extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 hass avocado

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skins and seeds from jalapeno
Blend all ingredients roasted jalapenos until smooth consistency
