Appetizer: Cranberry Stuffing Balls

Ingredients
- 4 slices prociutto, each slice cut into 4pieces lengthwise
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 red onion , finely diced
- 2 1/2 cups stale white bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 T fresh sage chopped
- 50 grams of melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 celcius about 400 F. Heat oil in sauce pan over med high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook about 3 min, stirring often. Add breadcrumbs, egg, cranberries, sage and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 1 inch balls. Wrap sliced prociutto around each ball. Place on lined pan, bake for 15-20 min.
