  • 4

    slices prociutto, each slice cut into 4pieces lengthwise

    T olive oil

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • ½

    red onion , finely diced

  • cups stale white bread crumbs

  • ½

    cup dried cranberries, chopped

  • 1

    egg lightly beaten

  • 1

    T fresh sage chopped

    grams of melted butter


Preheat oven to 200 celcius about 400 F. Heat oil in sauce pan over med high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook about 3 min, stirring often. Add breadcrumbs, egg, cranberries, sage and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 1 inch balls. Wrap sliced prociutto around each ball. Place on lined pan, bake for 15-20 min.
