Ingredients
- 8 sweet potatoes peeled and cooked
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 4 T butter
- 2 large pears peeled, cored and cut into pieces
- 1 cup pecans may toast if desired
- 4 t minced fresh ginger, may substitute dried or crystallized
- 4 t brown sugar
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut precooked sweet potatoes into bite size pieces. Add rest of ingredients. Toss together. Bake at 350 for about 20 min.
