HAM TETRAZZINI

This one is quick and easy. I use my left-over Honey Baked ham in this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced**
- 1 Tb butter or olive oil
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1/2 C water
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C diced, cooked ham
- 3 C cooked spaghetti, fettuccini or noodles (12-ozs uncooked)
- 2 Tb fresh parsley, chopped
- When I’m in a hurry, I substitute 2 Tbs dehydrated onion flakes.
Preparation
Step 1
In a sauté pan, melt butter.
Add onion and sauté until it has softened.
Add soup, water and cheese.
Heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat and serve.
