Gina’s Lamb or Beef Glaze

This will turn lamb chops or rack of lamb into a 5-star meal.

Ingredients

• Combine in a sauce pan
• 1 cup red currant jelly
• 1/2 tsp rosemary
• 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 cup red wine
