Strawberry Angel Cookies

Ingredients

  • 10 oz package angel food cake mix
  • 3/4 C strawberry preserves ( may use sugar free)
  • 3 T mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

- Prepare baking sheet - line with Reynolds Release foil and also SPRAY it
- Beat cake mix and preserves at low speed of mixer until evenly moistened and continue to beat 1 min.; stir in chips
- Drop by T onto baking sheet
- Bake at 325° 10 - 12 min until tops just lightly browned; cool 1 min and remove to rack
- Store between sheets of waxed paper to prevent sticking together
