Mustard Sauce

One of Carol's specialties. Great with ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tsp dry mustard
  • 2/3 cup vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and cook over a double boiler stirring constantly until thickened. Do not cook at too high of a temperature as the eggs will start to curdle.
