Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 t. garlic salt
- 2 t. pepper
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts, cut in strips
- oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first five ingredients and set aside. Combine milk and egg, mixing well. Roll chicken in flour mixture, then dip in milk and egg batter, and roll again in flour mixture. Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet. Add chicken strips and fry until golden brown, turning once.
