Easy Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 cans 10 oz tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can kidney (red) beans
  • 1 pkg Chili-O-Mix or other kind
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Add garlic to taste and add hot sauce if desired.

DIRECTIONS:
Cook beef and onions in large skillet until brown, drain grease from meat. Put in large sauce pan. Add tomatoes, tomato sauces, ketchup and seasonings. Add beans, bring to boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer for 1½ hours.
