Southern Style Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (5-ounce) jar sliced Spanish olives, drained
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

Add hot spaghetti and toss until well mixed. Serve warm.
