  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1 1 sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings

Preparation

Step 1

Place egg substitute in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip onion rings into egg, and then roll in crumb mixture.
Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Yield: 4 servings. 66 calories
