Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 16 ounce can solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked piecrust
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs lately and add ingredients in order listed.
Pour into unbaked piecrust.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Drop heat to 350° and bake for another 40 to 50 minutes.
When knife inserted into center comes out clean, pie is finished.
