Ingredients

  • 1 pound VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (16 oz.)
  • 1 10 ounce can RO*TEL® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 pound ground beef or Mexican sausage - browned and drained.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients in 2-quart microwaveable bowl. 2. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Add meat.
