Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Ritz crackers
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350F. Mix cream cheese and cheddar until blended. Gently stir in bacon and onions.
2. Spread into a 9” pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 mins or until top is puffed and lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
