Ingredients
- 9 " baked pie shell
- 1-1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups white whole milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tbls butter
- 2 tsp almond flavoring
- 2 oz unsweet choc
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 lg banana

Step 1
Slice banana & place along bottom of pie crust. Stir sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan, blend milk and slightly beaten egg yolk & gradually stir into sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantl until mixture thickens and boils. Continue this for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Blend in butter, chocolate, coconut and almond flavoring. Immediately pour into baked pie crust that has sliced bananas on the bottom. Cool pie for at least 2 hours. After it's chilled, cover top of pie with whipped cream and sprinkle grated sweet chocolate on top
