Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small jar Blue Roka Cheese (Kraft 5oz)
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheeses together well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and roll into a ball.
Mix chopped parsley and nuts together. Roll cheese ball in mixture to coat.
Keep refrigerated. Make a couple of days ahead for better flavor.
