WW biscuits/bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together. Knead until smooth.
Egg wash top of bagels add toppings.
Bake 350 for 24 minutes then 450 for 3-5 minutes.

Note:
Make your own self-serving flour- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, into each cup of flour.
