Orange Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can (13 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 box (6 oz.) orange Jello
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cans (11 oz. ea.) Mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Drain 1 can orange segments and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into 9x12” baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
Drain pineapple and remaining can of orange segments. Combine pineapple, marshmallows and orange segments. Fold in sour cream. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. When gelatin is set, spread marshmallow mixture over top. Chill.
