Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

  • • Six to eight yellow potatoes
  • • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • • 1 Teaspoon chopped fresh Rosemary
  • • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Clean and cut potatoes into wedges. Then mix wedges in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper. Pour potato wedges into rimmed baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes and then roast for another 10 minutes and transfer to a serving plate.
