Ingredients
- 1 sm. box of lemon jello
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 deep dish gramcracker crust

Step 1
Make jello with one cup boiling water only. Let cool but not set. Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add cooled jello and mix. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate. Decorate with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
