Chicken with Creamy Tomato Basil Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450g.)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tub philadelphia tomato basil cooking creme cheese product
  • 2 thsp. water


Preparation time 20mins


Step 1

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.

Add garlic to skillet; cook and stir 1 minute. Add cooking creme and water; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

Spoon over chicken.

Serve with hot steamed broccoli, red pepper strips.
