Ingredients
- 3/4 C Italian Salad Dressing - fat free
- 3/4 C unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3/4 C white wine or white grape juice
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
Step 1
1. In resealable plastic bag, add liquid ingredients and add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
2. Drain and discard marinade; grill chicken on Forman as directed or over medium heat for 6 - 7 min per side until done.
