Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 8-inch whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 C per serving of cut up fruit like strawberries, bananas, blueberries
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 C granola
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. In bowl large enough to dip tortilla, whisk egg, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg
2. Dip both sides of torilla and cook both sides of tortilla in butter over medium high heat for 2 min. on each side or until golden brown
3. Combine fruit, yogurt, granola; spoon down the center of tortilla; roll; served sprinkled with powdered sugar
