Ingredients
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1/3 c honey
- 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
- Fresh rosemary choped fine
- Pepper
- Garlic
- white wine vinegar (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
combine in a casserole dish
Cut lin in middle (butterfly style)
Marinate minimun 1 hour
BBQ 5 mins per side; slice thin strips to serve
