Overnight Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz Tub Low fat Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 Slices Cinnamon- Swirl Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 2 C Strawberries,
  • Sliced
  • 1 C Fresh Blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350° Next Day

MIX cream cheese & sugar until
well blended; spread onto bread.
Place 4 bread slices, cream cheese
side up, in 8-inch baking dish
sprayed with cooking spray.
Cover with remaining bread slice,
cream cheese side down.
WHISK eggs & milk until well blended;
pour over bread.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
BAKE uncovered for 30-35 min. or
until center is set & top is lightly
browned.
SERVE topped with fresh fruit.
