Ingredients
- 1 cup lt brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
In medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour and pecans. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and butter. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
Spoon batter into cups 2/3 full. Bake for 12 or 13 minutes for mini muffins or 15-17 minutes for full sized tins.
